Theme Immigration ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request an assessment or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, immigration history, education, work experience and family information. We also collect basic, non-identifying website analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and assess your eligibility for immigration programs.
- To provide immigration services you engage us for, under a written service agreement.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share it
We never sell your information. We share it only with government authorities (such as IRCC or the Government of Saskatchewan) when you instruct us to submit an application, with service providers who help us operate (for example our secure form-processing provider), or when the law requires it.
Website forms
Website form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). Please do not send passport scans or other sensitive documents through website forms. We will give you a secure way to share documents once we have engaged.
Retention & security
We keep client files for the periods required by the CICC and applicable law, and protect them with reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards.
Your rights
