Quick answers about working with a regulated consultant, studying in Canada, work permits, PR and family sponsorship.

About working with us

What is an RCIC, and why does it matter?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to give immigration advice for a fee. RCICs must follow a code of conduct, carry insurance and keep their training up to date. Rupinderjit Kaur is RCIC #R710340. You can verify her licence on the CICC public register.

Do you offer consultations in Punjabi or Hindi?

Yes. Our team, including Rupinderjit herself, speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi fluently. You can choose the language you are most comfortable in.

Can I meet you in person?

Yes. Our office is at 300-845 Broad Street, Regina. We also hold consultations by phone, video call or WhatsApp for clients anywhere in Canada or overseas.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No honest, regulated consultant can guarantee approval. Only IRCC and the provinces make final decisions. What we guarantee is a careful assessment, a complete and accurate application, and transparent advice at every step.

What is your Saskatchewan Recruiter Licence?

Saskatchewan requires anyone who recruits foreign workers for employers in the province to hold a licence under The Foreign Worker Recruitment and Immigration Services Act. Theme Immigration holds Saskatchewan Immigration and Recruiter Licence #001052.

Students & graduates

I am already studying in Canada. When should I start planning for PR?

As early as possible. Your program choice, full-time enrolment, PGWP length and the type of work you do after graduating all affect your options under the Canadian Experience Class and the SINP. A one-time strategy session early on can save years later.

My study permit is about to expire. What should I do?

Apply for an extension before it expires. Doing so generally gives you maintained status while IRCC decides. If it has already expired, you may be able to apply for restoration within 90 days. Contact us right away.

Can I apply for a PGWP more than once?

In general, no. A PGWP is usually issued only once in a lifetime, which is why getting the timing, eligibility and application right matters so much.

Work, PR & family

Do I need a job offer to get permanent residence?

Not always. Many Express Entry candidates are invited without a job offer, and some SINP sub-categories don't require one. A Saskatchewan job offer can still strengthen your options considerably.

I'm an employer in Saskatchewan. Can you help me hire foreign workers?

Yes. We help with employer registration, LMIA applications (high-wage and low-wage), SINP Job Approval Forms and the worker's permit application, as both RCIC and licensed Saskatchewan recruiter.

What's the difference between a Super Visa and parent sponsorship?

A Super Visa is a long-term visitor visa: parents can stay up to five years at a time but remain visitors. Parent and grandparent sponsorship grants permanent residence, but invitations are limited and depend on IRCC intakes. Many families use the Super Visa while they wait.

How long does spousal sponsorship take?

Processing times change often and differ between inland and outland applications. We check IRCC's current published times when we assess your case and give you a realistic timeline.
